Bonni-Lynne Sandler is a compassionate, dedicated and kind teacher who has worked in the Health and Wellness field for many years. She earned her B.S. in Health and MS in Special Education. She is a Yoga Therapist, yoga teacher and holds certifications in Reiki, Massage and other many other Holistic Healing Modalities.
She is the director of HeartnSoul Yoga, Health & Wellness offering Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Holistic Healing at her new studio in Indian Orchard Mills, South Hadley, Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Maha Yoga Center for Stress Management. In private yoga therapy sessions, she helps individuals suffering from physical and emotional conditions such as chronic pain, trauma, addictions, fibromyalgia and stress.
As a volunteer, she helps fight the addiction epidemic by teaching a 12 step recovery program. And provides bodywork for for those healing from PTSD to assist with removing trauma from the body. She is grateful to be part of providing wellness services and excited by the possibilities, innovative directions that can assist others in living longer, healthier and happier lives.

Peggy Constant is a compassionate, dedicated and kind person who has worked in finance field for many years. She earned her BA.in Finance and Accounting, Over the last few years, Peggy’s career has shifted from accounting to learning yoga as a means of healing the loss of her beloved husband of many years. She is presently attending Elms College to complete her Masters in Theology and Grief Counseling. She is presently in the process of certifying in Reiki and Grief Yoga. She is focused in on assisting others who have suffered some grief in improving their overall health and well-being.

Rich has been an Army officer, a schoolteacher, tutor, and a youth sports coach. He considers it his calling to lead and inspire others. He suffered a series of knee injuries thanks to sports and found yoga in 2010 because of the injuries. He initially used yoga to help rehabilitate his knee. Over 8 years of practice, he strengthened his body, mind, and spirit and wants to help others do the same. He completed his 200hr YTT training at the Yoga Shop in December 2017.
Audrie Stewart is from South Texas. Prior to this adventure, she was a professional gypsy and a Dance Major at Texas Woman’s University. After taking a shine to a life on the road, she feel in love with aerial arts becoming a performer Renaissance Festivals. Yoga played pivotal role in performing as it brought Stewart closer to the meditative side of yoga. This beautiful journey brought Stewart, to a 200 hour yoga teacher training program at the Zen Den Yoga School.
Stewart a dedicated her yoga practice approaching all movement including yoga with a childlike curiosity and wonder. Her free spirit is welcoming to everyone allowing students to feel warm and loved. Her classes build a sense of community that is supportive and light. Namaste..
